In a landmark event that marks a new chapter for Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU), His Excellency, Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo, CFR, has officially confirmed the appointment of Professor Kate Azuka Omenughaas the Substantive Vice-Chancellor of the institution. The appointment letter was formally presented to Prof. Omenugha by the Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Solo Chukwulobelu, at the Government House, Awka.
