Globacom Unveils New 'Talkmasta' Plan to Reward Subscribers with Free Airtime and Data
In a move to enhance customer value, telecommunications provider Globacom has introduced a new promotional tariff named "Talkmasta." The initiative, announced at the company's Lagos headquarters, is designed to offer subscribers significant benefits, including complimentary call minutes and data.
The Talkmasta plan provides a reward-based system. For every six minutes of paid local calls made to any network in Nigeria, subscribers will automatically receive an additional six minutes of free talk time. Alongside the free airtime, users will also be granted 50MB of data.
Calls on the plan are billed at a rate of 30 kobo per second, while SMS messages cost ₦6 each. The promotion is available to both new and existing Globacom customers. New customers can access the offer immediately upon purchasing a Glo SIM card. Existing subscribers can switch to the Talkmasta plan by dialing the short code *606#. There is no cap on the number of free minutes or data a customer can earn under this unlimited offer.
