The Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) has called on its members to promptly complete their registration with Dangote Refinery and Petrochemicals Company Limited. This step is essential to access direct fuel supplies, which are scheduled to begin on Monday, September 15, 2025.
In a recent circular issued by the association’s national leadership, zonal and depot chairpersons were instructed to ensure full adherence to the directive. The notice specifically applies to marketers who have updated their IPMAN membership under the provisions of the group’s amended 2009 constitution.
According to the statement, transactions, loading, and distribution of petroleum products from the Dangote Refinery are already underway. Members who had previously registered are encouraged to proceed with payments immediately to enable loading and direct delivery of products to their various destinations nationwide.
IPMAN also encouraged those who have not yet registered to do so without delay to benefit from the direct supply initiative. The move is anticipated to improve the efficiency of fuel distribution throughout Nigeria by utilizing the extensive output of the Dangote Refinery, the largest oil refinery in Africa.
