Trump Warns Iranians to "Leave Tehran Immediately" Amid Escalating Conflict with Israel

 

Following the G7 summit, U.S. President Donald Trump issued a dire warning to Iranian civilians, urging them to evacuate Tehran immediately as hostilities between Iran and Israel entered a fifth consecutive day. The conflict, now considered the most severe direct clash between the two nations in years, has sparked global concern over a potential regional crisis.  

In a late-night post on Truth Social, Trump blamed Iran’s leadership for the escalating violence, citing their refusal to accept a nuclear disarmament deal during his presidency. "Iran should have signed the deal I proposed. Now, they’re paying the price. No nuclear weapons—ever. Everyone must leave Tehran now!" he wrote.  

The U.S. has not officially reengaged in nuclear talks under Trump, but his remarks reinforce his longstanding hardline stance against Iran’s nuclear program. Meanwhile, retaliatory strikes between the two nations have caused significant casualties and heightened instability.  

Air raid sirens sounded across Israel and Iran on Tuesday as missile exchanges resumed. Trump’s early departure from the G7 summit in Canada fueled speculation about U.S. mediation efforts, though he denied French President Emmanuel Macron’s claim of a ceasefire proposal. "Wrong! My return to Washington is for something much bigger," Trump countered.  

World leaders at the summit condemned the violence, emphasizing Israel’s right to self-defense while warning Iran against nuclear proliferation. The conflict took a dramatic turn when Israeli missiles reportedly struck Iran’s state TV headquarters during a live broadcast, forcing anchors to flee as explosions rocked the studio.  

Casualties continue to mount, with at least eight killed—including four children—in Iranian strikes on Israel over the weekend. The attack was retaliation for Israel’s earlier strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, which reportedly killed scientists and military officials.  

Despite calls for de-escalation, both nations remain entrenched in hostilities. Iran insists its nuclear program is peaceful, while Israel accuses Tehran of regional destabilization through proxies and covert operations. The situation remains volatile, with no immediate resolution in sight.
