Hon. (Mrs.) Blessing Onuh, daughter of former Senate President David Mark, has been re-elected for a second term as the representative for Otukpo/Ohimini Federal Constituency in Benue State under the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In the 2023 elections, Onuh secured 29,031 votes, defeating her closest rival, Alex Ogbe of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who received 21,741 votes.
As she resumes her duties, political observers are curious about her next moves—particularly whether she will align with opposition coalitions such as the African Democratic Congress (ADC) or maintain a stance that may differ from her father’s political affiliations.
