EXCLUSIVE: Abuja Pastor Amos Isah Accused of Raping 14-Year-Old in Church, Threatening Her Life—Family Speaks

Abuja-based pastor Amos Isah, founder of Prophetic Victory Voice of Fire Ministry in Gwagwalada, has been arrested by the Federal Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) over allegations of sexually assaulting a minor inside the church.

The victim’s family revealed that Isah allegedly threatened to kill the girl and her relatives if she exposed the crime. Shockingly, he reportedly prayed for her before and after the assault.

Isah, known for his fiery sermons and claims of divine power, was detained last week, sending shockwaves through his congregation. His church, located behind Noble Noel Academy near Gwagwalada Market, had been a place of worship for many.

A family member told SaharaReporters that Isah has a history of targeting underage girls, often luring them into his tinted-window car and assaulting them in secluded areas. The recent incident allegedly occurred in the new church auditorium, where he locked multiple doors, forced the girl to kneel, prayed over her, and then raped her.

After seeing blood, he gave her ₦3,000 for "medication," prayed again, and threatened her into silence, claiming he had police connections.

The traumatized girl later confided in her mother, who sought counselling before the case was reported to authorities. Investigations are ongoing as more victims may come forward.
