Wike Under Fire for Allegedly Gifting $3.6B Worth of Abuja Land to Son

A shocking report has revealed that FCT Minister Nyesom Wike may have allocated over 2,000 hectares of prime Abuja land worth $3.6 billion to his son, Joaquin Wike.  

According to documents obtained by *Peoples Gazette*, the minister allegedly approved these massive land allocations through a company registered in his son's name just days before the transfers began. The properties span high-value districts like Maitama, Asokoro, and Guzape.  

Insiders claim Wike bypassed standard procedures, avoided required fees, and even seized lands from ordinary citizens to facilitate these deals. This comes as FCT workers protest unpaid salaries and teachers continue a three-month strike over wage disputes.  

Presidency sources describe Wike as a "growing liability" to the Tinubu administration, but political calculations may delay any action against him. The minister's office has denied knowledge of the alleged allocations.  

Anti-corruption groups and opposition figures are demanding immediate investigations into what they call one of Abuja's biggest land scandals in recent memory.
